How can we create the inner space to hold the complexity of heat?
How could we maintain the flow between warmth and cold, expression and stillness?
Let’s explore that in a safe space.
In this session, we will:
- relax and connect with our bodies and with the space
- play improvisation games
- reflect on how we handle complementary energies in our lives for more balance
